HCBS CAHPS ® Survey

The Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS), in partnership with a survey management provider, Knowledge Services, plans to offer home and community-based service (HCBS) waiver members the opportunity to participate in a survey about their experiences with our waiver services and supports. OADS will host online Zoom sessions with Knowledge Services to share information about the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey. These Zoom sessions will provide a high-level overview of the HCBS CAHPS® survey and review options for waiver member participation.

We are hosting three Zoom sessions specific to target audiences: Waiver Members and their Families, HCBS service providers, and Case Managers and Care Coordinators. If you would like to learn more or ask questions, please plan to register for a Zoom session that is most appropriate to your role (e.g., Waiver Member, Service Provider, Case Manager, or Care Coordinator).
