Are you looking for advocacy or legal assistance?

You can call our office and speak with one of our intake coordinators or complete the form below.

Because our advocacy services are client-directed, requests for DRM’s assistance need to be made by the person with a disability or the parent/guardian of a minor child. If you are seeking assistance on behalf of someone else, please call our office.

For more information about to expect when you contact us, see the information on our Getting Started page.

Because there are many areas of the law where DRM does not provide advocacy or legal representation, please review the types of issues we cannot assist with before submitting an online intake.

If you complete our online intake form, you do not need to schedule a telephone appointment. Once we receive your online intake, our staff will review your request to determine whether we may be able to assist. If we have questions about your situation, someone will contact you to set up a telephone intake appointment. Please wait to hear from us.

The information you provide below is confidential. Submitting an online intake form and requesting assistance does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
