Mark leads DRM’s mental health advocacy team of advocates and attorneys. Since joining DRM in 2001 Mark has litigated cases in both state and federal courts regarding the rights of individuals with psychiatric labels in both the community and institutions. Mark is also a former board member of the National Association of Rights Protection and Advocacy (NARPA).
