Carlene (Carly) Mahaffey joined DRM’s MH Advocacy program in August 2021 as a Community Mental Health Advocate. She is a Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist (CIPSS), with a background working in the mental health system as peer support specialist and MHRT.
