Understanding your Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Rights

Join Disability Rights Maine for a training on working with vocational rehabilitation!

This training is open to individuals interested in VR services, family members, guardians, case managers, service providers, and anyone interested in disability rights.

During this training you learn about:

  • applying for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services;
  • the types of services available from VR;
  • developing your Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE);
  • your due process rights when receiving VR services;
  • other resources that can help you find employment; and
  • the availability of advocacy services at DRM.

This training will be offered at multiple locations and times.

More locations and virtual training offerings will be announced later this fall.
